About PivotGround

Time is the most precious resource you have. The challenge is that most of your time as a nonprofit CEO is spent on the day-to-day grind of endless tasks that keep piling up and don’t feel connected to your mission impact.

At PivotGround, we give you the tools that free up time and brain space so that you can focus on the ultimate challenge…your mission and its impact on the world.

We help you with…

  • Seeing the value in your time and regaining control of your day.
  • Coaching, expertise, and a framework to get you unstuck.
  • Relieving the pressure of misaligned board expectations by clarifying roles.
  • Giving you renewed focus, energy and accountability systems for your team.

How does this time-granting Pivot occur?

  1. CLARITY.

With the right framework we make it possible for you to get clear on what’s been holding you back and where to put your attention to move forward.

  1. CERTAINTY.

We help you focus on the outcomes, delegate clearly, and lead with heart, happiness, and confidence.

  1. THRIVING.

When your systems, processes and people are operating with an  abundance mindset, you and your organization will see more time, more money and more joy fall into place.
