To be eligible for benefits from Keela, including product donations, organizations must be validated by TechSoup Global as either a:

U.S. 501(c)(3) organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Canadian registered charity, a tax exempt non-profit organization, a federal not-for-profit corporation, or provincial non-profit.
Australian deductible gift recipient (DGR), a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Nonprofits Commission (ACNC), or an income tax exempt not‐for‐profit organization.
New Zealand charity, donee organization, or tax exempt not-for-profit organization.
