We offer three levels of certification

Keela Certified Consultant
Level 1

For consultants who want to gain a better understanding of Keela and to flaunt their badge.

At this level, partners will get an understanding of who Keela is as a company, including our mission and goals. They will also receive a walk through of our Knowledge Base, Community, and a high-level overview of advanced features. Keela Certified Consultants should understand how to access and navigate Keela’s basic features.

Keela Certified Reseller
Level 2

For individuals or agencies who want to take their client through the entire sales process independent from the Keela Sales Team.

At this level, partners will be given a deeper look at our features and add-ons. They will learn common pain points and how Keela provides solutions, on top of an understanding of the sale process. This course covers how to sell Keela and to who. Upon completion, Keela Certified Resellers will feel confident in completing the sales process, and understand how to pass their client onto our Customer Care team for the onboarding process.

Keela Care Expert
Level 2

For individuals or agencies who want to support their clients’ Onboarding process into Keela’s solution.

At this level, partners will understand how our Customer Care Team works with customers to navigate advanced features, and answer FAQ’s. The course covers all stages of Getting Started with the platform, and how customers may set up personal, administrative and customized settings.

This program is designed for Keela partners who are looking to:

Make Keela apart of their revenue stream
Have a deeper understanding of the product to boost their clients’ operational processes and revenue
Expand their current repertoire of reputable solutions in the nonprofit sector

Partners who primarily refer their clients to CRMs or tech solutions will find this program extremely beneficial. However, this certification is not limited to partners who solely provide these services. The program is also beneficial to those who would like a greater role in their clients’ onboarding experience, who want to ensure their clients are receiving top-notch training and education, and for those who would like to be recognized as a top partner with one of the industry’s leading software providers.

The course for Keela Certified Consultants is self-paced and can be completed in roughly 2 hours.
