About Ben Dueck
Ben Dueck is passionate about leadership development. His experience includes entrepreneurship, non-profit leadership, fundraising, and more. He is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, has a Master of Arts in Leadership degree, and is the President and Founder of Cantera Leadership.
He is a born-and-raised Manitoban who grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, from which his interest in leadership development was born. For the past 20 years, he has worked with leaders in both the business and nonprofit world to help them be more successful. He currently lives in Niverville, MB (a suburb of Winnipeg) with his wife and three children.
