Workflows begin when a contact performs a specified action or satisfies filtering criteria.

This workflow starts when a new contact is added to the Keela System.

Apply Filters

Narrow down the contacts who will go through a particular workflow for more personalized communication.

After a contact is added, they are immediately sent this welcome email!

Add an Action

Send an email, notify your organization’s users, create to-do’s, manage tags, and modify contact fields.

Add Stages

A. If / Else logic – Create branching pathways that contacts can take depending on their interactions, like if they open or even click on a fundraising email.

B. Wait for triggers – Determine an action that must occur before a contact moves to the next stage.

C. Delay Next Stage – Add a time delay for a contact before they can continue to the next stage in a workflow.

The If/ Else stage creates a logic branch that will determine the next action in the workflow.

If the contact opens their welcome email,
a newsletter tag will be applied to their profile!
