How to Develop Your Nonprofit’s Impact Measurement Strategy – CFRE Certified

WEBINAR

Learn how to develop a theory of change and help your organization define its intended impact, outcomes, and outputs.

Maggie Dubyk, Chair of the Board, CEED

Is your organization interested in measuring the impact of your programs, and not sure what the most effective approach is? If so, this webinar is for you!

In this webinar, Maggie Dubyk will discuss how your organization can develop a theory of change in order to help your organization define its intended impact, outcomes, and outputs. Maggie will then guide the process of transforming your theory of change into measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that can be used to track your organization’s progress toward your intended impact. Lastly, this session will explore how to translate those KPIs into an impact report that you can use to inform, inspire, and encourage your stakeholders.

You will walk away understanding:

  • What impact measurement is.
  • How to create a theory of change.
  • How to develop measurable KPIs.
  • How to manage your impact data.
  • How to generate a captivating impact report.

Maggie Dubyk has spent over six years immersed in the NPO sector working with both local and international NPOs. Her curiosity and dedication to the sector have encouraged her to dig deep into understanding the gaps in the NPO that act as barriers to efficiency and generating impact. Alongside collaborative and innovative teams, she continues to support NPOs by researching, developing, and implementing frameworks and processes that are strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented.

Maggie is currently working for Keela, a software company that provides non-profits with intelligent tools to manage donors, mobilize volunteers, and fundraising. She also currently sits on the board of an NPO focused on youth education in both Uganda and Canada.

Full participation in this webinar is eligible for 1 point in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
